The Secret to a Successful Voice Broadcasting Campaign

Voice Broadcasting is one of the most effective tools you can use in marketing your product or services.  It has been proven many times over to increase the response rate of direct mail marketing and effectively increase awareness and create curiosity from your prospects.  It’s power is based on key marketing foundations and uses the human voice to deliver a targeted message to thousands of potential clients, and as we all know, nothing beats the human voice in creating a connection between two people.

However, the secret lies not entirely in the voice but also in the message.  You see, without the right message, the benefit of voice broadcasting is entirely defeated and therefore it is important to know that the true secret to a successful campaign is the copy!  You need a great copy that will move people to take action.

A great copy will allow your clients to feel excitement within the meaning of your message.  It will capture their attention and spark their imagination.  It will allow them to feel the benefit of what you are offering and allow them see their future once they’ve made their decision. It will build the anticipation of getting your product or service to help them solve their problem or the need that you’ve just created.

You have a full 30 seconds to convey your message uninterrupted if your copy is good.  You have a captive audience for that specific amount of time and you should never waste it with copy that starts out good but wavers in the end.  The experience your copy needs to create should build up intensity that is so strong that it will move them to take action.

And because we want the prospect to take action, it is therefore important to have clear instructions on what you want them to do.  Things like “press 1 to connect with an operator” clearly defines for them what they can do to get your product or service immediately and you can effectively close the deal without making it hard for your audience.

Not everyone is a gifted writer and it is better to have them written by someone who is a professional.  They are called copywriters for a reason, and they are exceptionally good at what they do. If you think however, that you can do it, then write it yourself, but be sure to test it with your friends or even your children and see how they react to your message.   If you do not get any response from them, maybe you need to let someone else do the writing for you.
